A judge in Georgia says a teacher committed no crime when she duct-taped a talkative 10-year-old's mouth shut. While we can understand the frustration of enduring non-stop lip-flap we don't condone it for our children. (Although sometimes our husbands might be a good candidate for a mouth taping)
