Advisory panel says nasal spray vaccine safe for kids two and up.
Today, the AP reports that an advisory vaccine panel has given the thumbs-up to a nasal spray form of the annual flu shot for children as young as two. Previously, it had only been recommended for kids over five. For those of us whose kids scream bloody murder when they even see a needle, this is major cause for rejoice. Can we get a "Woop, Woop"?
