Here's how to deal with the aftermath of Halloween.

Put the costumes back in the closet, take down the toilet paper from your house, and scrape the eggs off your doorstep. You have another Halloween under your belt, literally.

You binged on too much candy, right? Come on, you know you did! According to the Chicago Tribune, 90% of parents admit to sneaking candy from their kids' trick-or-treat bags.

So now what? "Don't feel guilty," says friend of Mom•Logic Dr. Gwenn. "Just make sure you get enough exercise and cut down on carbs for the next couple of days."

She also suggests freezing extra candy to avoid additional temptation.

Preferably, without the kids seeing.
