Lawsuit: Man Claims Discrimination by Dr. Phil

A Dr. Phil audience member says he was silenced after being booked to speak in a 2003 taping of the show. Neal Sutz, a Phoenix man, says that after producers learned he had bipolar disorder, they told him he couldn't ask Dr. Phil a question or speak with him during the show. The suit was originally settled in 2004, but Sutz is now asking a judge to throw out the previous settlement, claiming that the conditions were violated.
