A Washington Post/ABC News poll found that Senator Barack Obama was leading Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton by four percent and John Edwards by eight percent in the critical state of Iowa. Fifty-five percent of Iowans say they want "new direction and new ideas" more than "strength and experience." The Iowa caucus is scheduled for January 3.
