A poll of 1,107 children aged two through 17 put Britney Spears and Paris Hilton at the top of Santa’s naughty list. According to E-Poll Market Research, Britney was deemed number-one “naughtiest” for her infamous pantiless pictures and her bitter custody battle with ex-husband K-Fed. Paris came in a close second after spending three weeks in jail for violating her drunk-driving probation. American kids aged two through 12 said that Miley “Hannah Montana” Cyrus was “nicest,” while teens 13 through 17 gave Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie that honor.

Lou Diamond Phillips and Wife Welcome Baby Girl
La Bamba star Lou Diamond Phillips and his wife of three months, makeup artist Yvonne Marie, have had their first baby: Indigo Sanara, who was born on October 9. Phillips was married twice before. In 1990, first wife Julie Cypher left him for singer Melissa Etheridge; he later fathered three kids with second wife Kelly Phillips.

Stagehands and show producers reached an agreement last night in the 19-day strike that closed the curtains on Broadway. Most shows are expected to resume production as early as today to the delight of theatergoers. Kidnapped Bride’s Parents Plead “Guilty”
The parents of a young bride-to-be—who, in an effort to stop their daughter's wedding, allegedly forced her into the family car on the eve of her nuptials and drove her 200 miles away—pleaded guilty to reduced charges and will avoid jail time. Their daughter and her fiancé married days after their scheduled wedding and recently welcomed a baby girl.
