Some companies ban gossip in the workplace. Now what will we talk about?

According to ABC News, one Chicago public relations firm's gossip rule for employees is: Say it face to face, not behind someone else's back. "If I still have some unresolved issues at the end of the day, I save the drama for my mama," said account executive Jayne Spottswood. Too bad the firm doesn't have a rule about cliches.

But seriously, no gossip at work? What's next, no eating at lunch? No peeing in the bathroom?
