Shiloh Jolie-Pitt has already been more places than we have.

This week's OK! magazine reports that Shiloh has traveled 19 places in the past 17 months. Her passport includes stamps from Africa, India, the Caribbean, the Czech Republic, France, and Italy. That got us to thinking...how safe is it to travel so many places with a one-year-old? Friend of Mom•Logic Dr. Gwenn says there are definite dangers, "Because Angelina goes on so many humanitarian missions, she's around many people who are not immunized. Since Shiloh's immune system is still developing and she has only had a year's worth of vaccinations, it's important to be very cautious.
