Britney to Spend Christmas Morning with Her Sons
A judge ruled that Britney Spears will spend Christmas morning with her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. In a closed-door court hearing, attorneys for Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, worked out a holiday visitation schedule. Federline has full custody of the children, and "thinks it's absolutely appropriate that they both get to see the kids over the holidays," says his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Twenty-four-year-old Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor died this morning from a gunshot wound suffered during a burglary attempt on his home on Monday. Taylor’s girlfriend called 911 on her cell phone because the home lines were cut; their 1-year-old slept unharmed.
Babies' Genes Altered by Moms' Drinking Water
Pregnant women who consume arsenic-contaminated water may unknowingly be changing their unborn babies' genes, according to researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The researchers found that approximately 450 different genes were altered in infants whose moms were exposed to arsenic while they were pregnant. They also believe that contaminated water may lead to diseases later in life, including cancer.
