Gap Outlet Recalls Boys' Jackets

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling 16,200 Gap Outlet "Warmest Jacket" boys' jackets. The jackets have a waist drawstring with a toggle that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or doorways, which can pose an entrapment hazard to children.
