Making Hanukkah that Much Sweeter

Kugel: Your kids will love this sweet noodle casserole.

Ingredients:
8 ounces thick noodles
8 ounces sour cream
12 ounces cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions: So easy, it's impossible to mess up! Using a large pot, boil noodles. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs and brown sugar. Drain noodles and pour noodles into sour cream mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour all into a lightly greased casserole dish, cover with a lid and bake at 350 for 90 minutes. Serves 6-8.

In what degree oven do you cook the noodle pudding? It sounds really good I want to try and make it.
It’s a good thing, or it sounds like it anyway.

I’m a Catholic girl and ran home to make this! It’s baking now… I just guessed 375 degrees.
