Update: Your husband's 2008 resolution should be 80 Kegels a day!
We reported not too long ago about Dr. Hilda Hutcherson's advice on male Kegels, and one Mom•Logic Mom admitted to making her hubby partake. This Kegel-crazy staffer claims they totally work, and that now her hubby lasts a little longer than usual. Amen to that! We suggest your husband make this '08 resolution: Male Kegels!
