The British amnesiac dad who reappeared this weekend after being missing for five years, has been charged on suspicion of fraud. His wife, who left England after he vanished in 2002, says she was “delighted” to hear of his return.

Unmarried Moms Hit Record High, Teen Births on Rise
Births to unmarried mothers have climbed to the highest level since 1971, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For the first time since 1991, teen births have also jumped, after being on a 14-year decline.
