Nickelodeon teen star Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant.
TMZ just broke the news that Jamie Lynn Spears, 16, confirmed to OK! Magazine that she is pregnant. Nickelodeon, Jamie's employer, released this statement, "We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being." Our hearts are with Lynne Spears right now.

Why do people want to plaster personal news? She seems like a sweet girl with sweet and considerate family. Just because Britney has had some problems doesnt make her or her mother bad people.
People do things and things happen. If this is a true about Jamie, I only feel bad that she has to grow up so quickly. But babies are blessings and at least she has the financial means to provide beyond what this child needs physically. Her sweet personality and her family will LOVE this baby more than anything. So, to those who think that it’s okay to talk down about people you don’t know, maybe you need to write a book about how to be “perfect” and live “perfect”. Besides, maybe she planned it…we don’t know. Get off your high horses and offer encouraging words for a change.
In an effort not to be long-winded, I’ll just say that we’re all entitled to our opinions. And, my book on how to be ‘perfect’ comes out in early 2008! Watch for it.
