Potty-Training Seats and Other Products Recalled

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of 160,000 First Years 3-in-1 Flush and Sounds Potty Seats due to excessive amounts of lead on the backseat plaque. For more, click here.
In addition, the following products have also been recalled:
First Years Newborn-to-Toddler Reclining Feeding Seats (restraining straps can come loose, posing a falling hazard for children).
Scope Boys’ hooded sweatshirts (the drawstring poses a strangulation hazard).
Home Depot holiday figurines (contain a large quantity of lead).
Oscillating Ceramic Heaters (pose a fire hazard).
TKS-brand children’s pants (the ribbon belt can cause an entrapment hazard for children).
Basic Editions-brand girls' clothing sets (the drawstring can cause an entrapment hazard for children).
Personal Identity-brand V-neck sweaters with hood (the drawstring poses a strangulation hazard for children).
Starbucks Fusion Coffee Mugs (the handle can detach, posing a burn hazard).
