Writers strike allows Scrubs star some nesting time.
Who knew the guy who plays the super-curmudgeon Dr. Cox on Scrubs is such a “glass-half-full” kind of guy in real life?
According to People.com, John C. McGinley is grateful for the downtime the writers strike affords him because he gets to spend more time helping out his pregnant wife, Nichole Kessler. And that time seems to include poring over What to Expect When You're Expecting. “It's kind of titillating or interesting," says the expectant daddy, "You know, they tell me about how much fluid is in there."
Hold on there pal, that's TMI even for us.
