Don't feel like having sex? New study says there are six reasons to do it anyway.

Newsweek reports this week that indulging in a little hanky panky at least once a week boosts your health (and can't be too bad for the health of your marriage, either).

Not in the mood? If we said you could lose a few pounds, would that change your mind?


Six very good reasons to just "do it"?

• It fights cold and flu.
• It takes years off.
• It burns calories.
• It helps migraines.
• It helps regulate periods.
• It helps avoid sneeze 'n' pee.

So sex can help us look younger and not pee when we laugh? Sorry, ladies--we've got to go get down to business!
