Custody dispute heats up at the Spears residence.

TMZ reports that Britney was just wheeled out of her home on a gurney by paramedics. Britney is allegedly being taken to a local hospital on a "medical hold" after reportedly being found earlier this evening at her home under the influence of an "unknown substance" by police.

Police were allegedly called to Britney's home in Beverly Hills this evening after she reportedly refused to return custody of her two kids back over to their father's bodyguard. TMZ reports that Jayden was allegedly taken to the hospital as well in a separate ambulance, but that Sean is now with K-Fed.
