A special episode of The View tackles a serious topic.

Tomorrow's View focuses on guests talking about dieting, weight loss surgery, postpartum weight and new diets. In this clip, Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck speak with Lauren, a teen who decided at age 18 to have gastric bypass surgery to overcome her obesity. After losing the massive amount of weight, she then went under the knife to remove her sagging skin. The co-hosts also spoke with 34-year-old Susan, who underwent gastric bypass eight years ago. She initially lost 200 pounds but has gained 80 pounds back.
