The 935 Lies of Lil’ George
Do you know Lil' George—the boy who lives down the block? He liked to tell lies about the town on the other side of the mountain. At least, that’s what some kids on Lil' George’s street thought. So, one day the kids got together and decided to count George's lies. They counted many, many lies. Cried the littlest girl, “ I can’t count that high!” But on they counted. They counted all day and night. When they were all done they had a big, big number. That number was 935. Can you count to 935? Click here for the full grown up story |

Is anyone keeping track of how many lies and half truths the media tells us?
Who among us has not told a single lie in their lives? Or said something that was eventually found to be untrue?
None of us are perfect and we hopefully learn from the mistakes we make.
Bush was not the only one who led us into war. He does not have the power to do that. Our entire government agreed it was the right thing to do. Even if the original reason turned out to be questionable, what we found when we got there justified it.
I hate war just as much as the next person. But I also understand it’s necessity. How would we feel if no one came to our aide when we desperately needed it? And do you really think if we just “leave them to their own” that it won’t eventually make it to our soil? Come on!! It’s already here folks. September 11th proved that.
When will you people that write this stuff stop spending all your time criticizing everyone you disagree with, and do something more constructive with your time?? The world is laughing at us.
We need to see some plain old R-E-S-P-E-C-T. For each other, and for our leaders.
