Richie and boyfriend, Joel Madden, welcome a baby girl.

The 26-year-old reality star and 28-year-old rocker welcomed their baby girl Harlow Winter Kate Madden. According to People she was born today and weighed 6 lbs 7 ozs. This is the first child for both and we heard it was a rockin' good time.
