Can the power of positive thinking pump up the passion?

Psst...can you keep a secret? Fox News just ran a story about applying the principles of "The Secret" to your sex life. The premise was simple: If you stay positive and believe you deserve mind-blowing sex, you will get it. Um, if we stay positive and believe we will actually be able to get the kids asleep and then keep our eyes open past 10:00 p.m., will we get that, too? Because too many nights we're just too damn tired to do it! How about you?

My husband has been trying to get more sex this way for more than 11 years. No luck so far…

Truthfully, I don’t know whether this works or not, but I “believe” I will tell my wife that it does. ;)

I used to love sex, but now I am just too tired to do it much. I wish there was a solution.

SEX!!!! Sometimes I feel like the Cookie Monster, only I’m looking for different sweets. My wife is hit or miss. She even bought a pillow that reads, “maybe” on one side and “not tonight” on the other. It’s hard to get into the mood when you’re so tired, but what’s worked for me is understanding her more. Sometimes, she just doesn’t feel like it; and I think it’s helped her understand me more: I’m a guy, I want it all the time… Enjoy it before I sail past my mid-life crisis and can’t get the machinery to work anymore.
