Mom Logic's got your top five book fix for kids with post-Potter withdrawal pains:
1. The Twilight Trilogy: Page-turning tale of a high-school girl who falls madly in love with a vampire. Eerie, but has received rave reviews. Recommended for tweens to teens.
2. The Spiderwick Chronicles: Jared, Simon and Mallory Grace move into the Spiderwick estate and discover a secret world with the help of their great-great uncle's library. Recommended for ages 9-12.
3. A Wrinkle in Time: A fantasy classic complete with time travel and strange beings. Recommended for ages 9-12.
4. The Golden Dreams of Carlo Chuchio: For the kid who loves daydreaming--and treasure hunting. Recommended for ages 9-12.
5. Milkweed: A more serious choice, this book follows young Misha Pilsudski through the streets of Warsaw, Poland, during Hitler's regime. Recommended for ages 9-12.
