The great ugly shoe run-off.
In our last two rounds of Barefoot is NOT an Option, the Birkenstock kicked the heel-less shoe and the white gladiator boot to the curb. OK, we get it, we Moms are always on the lookout for some kind of comfortable flat.
So, here are a few choices for those spring play dates: A shocking pink plastic sandal, the biggest shock being that anyone would wear them. And for those Moms too busy to choose between a hideous boot or a hideous sandal, here's a wacko hybrid. Remember: Barefoot is NOT an option.

Yikes, both are hideous, but the pink plastic sandal looks more comfortable. Really wishing barefoot was an option!
