Anyone who has a problem with McCain's age better take it up with his 96-year-old mother.

Last night, McCain won all four primaries in Ohio, Texas, Rhode Island and Vermont and sealed the Republican nomination for president. But even with today's endorsement by President Bush, some are still wrestling with whether the 71-year-old candidate is the right age for the task.

Well, if McCain's 96-year-old Mom, Roberta, is any indication, the Republican candidate comes from hardy stock. During the Florida primaries when Huckabee supporter Chuck Norris voiced his concern about McCain's age, McCain threatened to sic his Mom on the former action hero, "I'm afraid," teased McCain, "I may have to send my 95-year-old mother over and wash Chuck's mouth out with soap."
