Mom's "Big Give" suit claims Oprah took her big idea: A Boston mother of four with no TV production experience is taking on the mother of all talk show hosts, claiming she submitted the idea for a reality show called "The Philanthropist" to Oprah staffers in February of 2005. She filed suit after learning about Winfrey's "Big Give" show. A Winfrey spokesman says the claims are without merit.

Runaway bride's ex ties the knot: Jason Mason's first attempt at walking down the aisle never happened because his fiancée, Jennifer Wilbanks got cold feet and decided to fake her abduction. That relationship ended, for obvious reasons, and this past Saturday, Jason was able to kiss his new bride, Shelley Martin, when they wed in a quiet ceremony.

Sarah Jessica Parker named "unsexiest woman alive": The "Sex and the City" star is filled with "rage and anger" after a Maxim magazine poll named her the most unsexy woman in the world--more unsexy than Amy Winehouse, Sandra Oh, and Britney Spears. In an interview with Grazia magazine, Parker says the honor upset her husband, Matthew Broderick, "because it has to do with his judgement, too." Contrary to what Maxim says, we don't know anyone who looks better in couture and Manolos!

Spring comes early: Today is the first day of spring, and scientists say you can blame global warming for the season coming earlier and earlier each year. Whatever the cause, it's that time of year again to clean out your closet and get that bikini body back. (Um, where did it go again?!)
