Melissa Joan Hart gives birth to second son: "Sabrina" is no longer a teenage witch, she's a mother of two! Hart and her husband, Mark Wilkerson, welcomed their second child, Braydon Hart Wilkerson, Wednesday after 10 hours of labor. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces. Hart told People magazine she's happy to bring a sibling home to her 2-year-old son Mason.
Geraldine Ferraro resigns from Clinton campaign: After commenting that Senator Barack Obama would not be a viable candidate for president if he was not black, the former vice president nominee stepped down from her position on Senator Clinton's finance committee. Ferraro would not apologize for her comments and says they weren't racist.
Final "Harry Potter" book becomes two films: J.K. Rowling's final Potter novel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will be split into two films. The first will be released in November 2010 and the second in May 2011.
Honor student suspended for buying candy: An 8th grade Connecticut student lost his title of class vice president after he was suspended for buying a bag of Skittles from a fellow classmate. A school policy banned the sale of candy in 2003, but Michael Sheridan didn't know he was breaking any rules.
