It's time to spring forward, Moms-- prepare to lose yet another precious hour of sleep.
Daylight-saving time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, which means it's time to push the clocks an hour ahead.
Many use this change as a reminder to change smoke alarm batteries. Fire prevention authorities recommend changing them twice annually, at the start and end of daylight-saving time--makes it easy to remember.
