Unless you've been living under a rock, you know former New York governor Eliot Spitzer stepped down after admitting to having sex multiple times with a prostitute.
Now, his replacement, David Paterson, has confessed that both he and his wife have had affairs in the past, but they've worked through their issues in therapy.
Hmmm... Having an affair usually entails an emotional as well as a physical bond, while hiring a call girl is primarily a physical and financial pursuit. Would you rather your husband have an affair, or have sex with a prostitute?

Either way you’re somewhat screwed. You feel like gum on the floor with both, and with the prostitute you run the risk of disease.
I’d much rather it be someone he discretely paid, and I trust my husband not to have unprotected sex. If it’s just casual sex it avoids all those messy emotional entanglements that might work their way into our marriage and wreak havoc.
What an adulterous generation we are in!How can someone even imagine something like this and not feel dirty?Sometime l wonder if man has any relationship with his creator,God.I think it is high time man had a closer relationship with his maker to enable him live a more committed life to his spouse.Let us embrace godly virtues cause they will hepl us live a fulfilled and more focused life irrespective of the culture or environment we find ourselves.

why can’t he just have sex with his wife, how would the man feel if it were the other way around, i just think that its repulsive because there are so many diseases out there now and because of the availability of “call girls” they are spreading like wildfire, personally i feel that if you love your spouse you wouldnt want to subject them to something that could hurt them or even lead to a miserable death…what ever happened to monogamy? If you have any doubts about the person you are planning on marrying then hold off on it instead of getting married and cheating and if you are already married and you dont want to be intimate with them then its time to think about divorce because when you love someone you should only want to be intimate with that person and its very juvenile to want to go out all the time and have one night stands.
Some time before, I did need to buy a building for my firm but I did not earn enough money and couldn’t buy something. Thank God my mate adviced to try to get the credit loans at creditors. Hence, I acted that and used to be happy with my term loan.
I would rather the prostitute. I think that the idea of him having a GIRLFRIEND he’s in love with is just too painful to bear. But either way, I would leave him. I couldn’t forgive a betrayal like that!
