Amanda Bynes, Seventeen's May cover girl, talks about appreciating her Mom for saying NO.

"I wanted a BMW for my 16th birthday," the 22-year-old tells Seventeen. "But my parents got me a used Honda Accord with my own money. They were like, 'This is what your brother and sister had.' And I was so offended, so I took it out on them. Looking back, I realize that it's a good thing they didn't give me that car, because I got into two accidents!"
