This morning, Madonna was on the Today Show and—along with pushing her newest project—she talked about the process in adopting son David. While it's arguable that celebrities can get special treatment when adopting, both domestically and internationally, Madonna's account sounds exactly right when it comes to the heartwrenching process that accompanies many cases.
