Jamie Lynn's mama demands pre-nup: Lynne Spears is insisting that before her pregnant 16-year-old daughter gets hitched that she sign a pre-nup with her baby's daddy, Casey Aldridge. If only they had the discussion of "protection" before now.

One in 50 U.S. babies neglected: A new Centers for Disease Control report finds that one of every 50 children younger than 1-year-old is a victims of child abuse or neglect. Of this group, one third were a week old or younger when the abuse or neglect occurred.

5th grader smarter than the Smithsonian: An 11-year-old Michigan boy found the National Museum of Natural History mistakenly referred to Precambrian as an era, when in fact it is a "dimensionless unit of time." Duh! We totally knew that.

Student sues teacher for anti-Christian remarks: A history teacher is being sued by a student and his parents for stating in class that Christians are more likely to commit murder and rape--arguing that the highest rate of these crimes take place in the south, which has a large church-going population.
