Fugitive marine captured: Marine Cpl. Cesar Laurean was arrested in his native Mexico, ending a 3-month manhunt. Laurean is being charged with first-degree murder in the death of pregnant Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach, whose burned remains were found in January in Laurean's backyard. "Fight Club" busted at high school: A group of La Vernia, Texas teens were caught participating in "fight clubs" after video surfaced on the Internet. The students reportedly met in a school bathroom and engaged in the fights during school hours. "Fight clubs" are a violent and illegal form of entertainment, mimicking the movie that came out nine

Moms kept from kids taken from polygamist compound: Three mothers say Texas authorities are refusing to allow them to see their children who are being held in protective custody and questioned. A spokeswoman for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services says they won't allow any "alleged mothers" to see their children until a judge rules otherwise.
