Secret cancer battle for Cynthia Nixon: The Sex in the City co-star revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer a year and a half ago, and kept it quiet because she didn't want paparazzi at the hospital. Nixon's mother successfully battled breast cancer when she was 12, and since then, she says she thought there was a really good chance she'd also get it.
