Sex offenders found in California child care centers: An investigation in California revealed that convicted sex-offenders were living in 46 different child and foster care centers. The state acted swiftly to suspend the licenses of a few facilities already, saying they will not tolerate sex offenders to be "anywhere in or near a licensed facility for children."
