Eating disorders may be contagious: After studying U.S. high school students, researchers found that binging, fasting, diet pill use and other eating disorder symptoms were found among students in county-wide "clusters." The cluster patterns were found in rural, suburban, and urban counties.

Mom dies trying to save baby: Tina Davila, a Texas mother of five, was fatally stabbed outside a cell phone store as she tried to stop a man from taking her vehicle with her 4-month-old daughter inside. Authorities say they captured two men on surveillance camera, who made a beer run in a stolen car minutes before the stabbing. Police are searching for the two men who they consider armed and dangerous.

Police suspend search for missing Montana Mom: Authorities have suspended the search for 34-year-old Susan Marie Casey, a mother of four, who was last seen early Saturday, until they have more solid leads to go on. Casey's ex-husband, Walter Larson, was arrested for violating a restraining order Casey had filed against him in 1998.
