Minnie Driver has some great advice for Moms.
"Do your Kegels!" Driver tells OK! this is the best tip she's gotten during her pregnancy. But forget What to Expect, Minnie looks to family and friends for her advice. We agree--but no pregnancy should go without our very own OB/GYN, Dr. Hilda Hutcherson, who explains this vagercise and has a trick or two up her sleeve.

I’m gonna do this exercise because some people have been telling me horror stories and for me right now, it feel like I have to choose between the lesser of 2 evils—natural or C-section? Which one is better? Do Kegels affect either?

I don’t think it does much in the way of child birth, it will help after with tightening the muscles and will prevey incontinence. (sp) My doctor urged me to do it after my post-birth checkup. It wouldn’t hurt. It will help get everything back to where it was, making the muscles tight again. Every woman should do them. It doesn’t take much and no one knows you are doing them, making easy to do anytime and anywhere!
