Over half of teens said they or a friend had sex with someone they met on spring break--one in three without a condom. We found out what teens really do when they're away from home and their parents.
What happens on spring break stays on spring break...until now. We traveled to South Padre Island for our exclusive Mom•Logic Investigation: Spring Break Confessions, featured on Good Morning America, The O'Reilly Factor and Inside Edition. We told you about the drinking, the drugs, and the sex, and our experts gave tips on how to talk to your kids about it. But when we asked parents and teens to take a poll about spring break--we were even more surprised at what we found.
It's understandable that 70% of parents were more anxious about what would happen to their children at spring break because of the Natalee Holloway disappearance. But only about 30% of teens admitted Natalee Hollway's story impacted decisions they made--which is truly scary.

Wow…60% of parents are aware that their kids lied about Spring Break and yet?? Just proves again that we parents are 95% the reason why our kids turn out the way they do!

All you can do is lead by example and tell your children the potential consequences of poor decision making…then pray hard.

Blame it all on the parents.
There are countless college students that attend Spring Break and have a great time, responsibly. But instead websites like this tend to capitalize on those students that don’t know how to carry themselves. Keep in mind it is those same students that get into trouble at home.
Spring Break doesn’t bring out the worst in people. Spring Break gives responsible students an outlet. Websites like this bring out the worst in people.
Let’s talk about the percentage of girls that lose their virginity in their parent’s house.
Or let’s talk about the parents that allow their teenagers to drink in their house. That statistic is more shocking than any spring break related statistic.
Mom-logic, start critizing yourselves and other parents instead of trashing a vacation that thousands of students enjoy every year.

Mom logic and Dad logic. Both need to be on the same page. These “Leaders of tomorrow” would not be on this type of “Field trip” if their parents were’nt paying for it. Are any of these “Scholars” thinking of a summer job to save up for their own college tuition?!?
Have I only made sense to myself? (again?)
