The winning Mom will be crowned by Donny & Marie (yes, that Donny & Marie) on the primetime special, "Teleflora Presents America's Favorite Mom" on May 11 at 7 p.m. EDT on NBC.

Momlogic's own editor-in-chief, Sabrina Weill, helped choose the 15 semi-finalists from more than 15,000 nominations. The lucky 15 will appear on The Today show next week. Weill said, "What strikes me most about these amazing Moms is not just one particular shining moment, but the every day acts of motherhood--big and small--that impact their families and the children around them in such a powerful way. It's a bit of "momlogic" actually: You don't have to be "SuperMom" to be a truly heroic mother."

America can vote on their favorite Mom on NBC.com, and the five finalists will appear on the primetime special where one lucky Mom will be crowned America's Favorite Mom.

The winner will receive $250,000, GE kitchen and laundry appliances, Teleflora flowers for a year, a rose named in her honor, an "America's Favorite Mom" diamond pendant, a Marie Osmond doll, a vacation to St. Lucia for a family of 5 and a trip to New York with a makeover and a shopping spree--now those are some prizes!
