Katie Holmes heading to the Great White Way: Actress Katie Holmes will make her Broadway debut this fall in Arthur Miller's play "All My Sons," alongside John Lithgow, Dianne Wiest and Patrick Wilson. This will be Katie's first play since leaving high school. No word yet on when the play will open.

Obama expected to hit milestone in today's primaries: Senator Barack Obama expects to have won the majority of pledged delegates after all the votes are counted in the Kentucky and Oregon primaries today. Later tonight, Obama will return to Iowa, where he says his "improbable journey began" to celebrate this primary election milestone. Senator Clinton is expected to easily win Kentucky, while Obama is ahead in the Oregon polls.

Supreme Court upholds child pornography law: In a 7-to-2 ruling, the United States Supreme Court upheld a 2003 decision making it illegal to "promote or present material as child pornography." Critics argue this law violates free speech and affects popular movies like "American Beauty" and "Titanic," which depict teen sex. The government said these types of films are not considered child pornography and would not be targeted by the law.

16-year-old involved in deadly drunk driving crash: A student from a Michigan high school that made headlines last week for their senior class t-shirts that promoted drinking and driving ("Class of .08") was involved in an alleged drunk driving accident that killed 20-year-old Anthony Cosenza, a father of two. Police believe alcohol was a contributing factor when 16-year-old Daniel Andreassi crashed into Cosenza's car. Daniel was treated at a local hospital and released pending an investigation.

Anonymous, what does .08 stand for? Doesn’t it mean .08 blood alcohol level? If it’s a play on words, which words is it playing on?

I agree with Lesley. It’s obviously trying to make drunk driving look like a light issue, when it’s anything but! And look Anon…you may think the shirt is just a shirt, but look at what the kid actually did: he killed someone. WHILE DRUNK. So you should wise up, take your own advice and GROW up!

I dont think that the T-Shirt has anything to do with the fact that Dan killed someone. People need to think about if this were to happen to another school, that had nothing to do with the T-Shirts. Would you think of it on any different level?

The T-shirts don’t have anything to do with the accident. The shirts actually said “push it to the limit” Class of .08. But they are minors so the limit is 0! The tie that the media is trying to make here is that the 16 year old attended a school were kids were making light of drinking.

The TShirts had nothing to do with the accident. The tshirts we’re printed and sold as a senior joke. It wasnt a refrance to drinking and driving, just drinking. I Don’t support or agree the tshirts, and never did. I’m just stating the intentions of the shirts, from the eyes of many students. The accident on the other hand, made many realize why the shirts were in fact, such a big deal. All though, as sad as it is, many students stand behind Dan and support him saying Anthony pulled out in front of him. Many students, myself included, have been informed it was part of a drag race after a party down 5 mile between dan and senior (no names needed). On top of the speeding factor, he was drunk, very drunk from what i’m told, and also high (possibly acid). It’s just a little hard to believe students for one second would take his side and defend him 100%. Dan did attend school today, and ive heard is planning on finishing the year untill court…

Knowing most of the children who chose to sport that T shirt I can tell you they were referring to alcohol. No the T-shirt had nothing to do with Dan but if I were anyone of those students who thought it was cool to wear it I would feel like scum right now. Just take a look at the number of lives shattered and destroyed because of the irresponsible behavior of drinking and driving. And the mother who said she found nothing offensive about her daughter wearing the t-shirt. Look at those 2 tiny children with no father and say it again

If you saw Dan in the hallway today you wouldnt of known he just killed someone the other night. He was easily able to joke around laughing, not really showing any negitive emotion. It was discusting to anyone who can see how a DRUNK SIXTEEN year old, SPEEDING, down the road after a big party, could ever be a fault for the accident. No one has the right to blame someone sober, it’s obvious dan WAS NOT going “45 maybe 50”.. if you went to fox 2 new’s web site and say the damage of the other car, there is NO way. Even if a car pulled out in front of you and your going 45, you could hit the breaks and the damage would be no where near as bad as the accident saturday..the damage to Anthony’s car is so horrific. Maybe stevenson can realize that Anthony left behind 2 children he cared for, He left behind Amy who loved him more then anything. Finally getting their lifes on tracks… anyone feel any need to disagree??

okay please everyone stop talking about it. i know his sister and she was crying all day today. obviously people dont understand that its hard on his family having their name up all over the news. and everyone saying oh its his parents fault. screw you his parents are so fricken nice and amazing so anyone that thinks like that about them think again because maybe it is Dan’s fault. but leave his poor family alone because its putting a lot of grief on his poor sister and seeing her cry broke my heart

Who has said it was his parents fault? The fact that everyone cant get over is why doesnt he show that he even cares? His family might be devestated, understandable, but hes not.

Maybe he is unable to show what he is really feeling because he is in denial. I am not defending him in any way but sometimes people will act really bizarre when a situation is more than they can bear. And everyone should be careful as to all accusations until police report comes on. My daughter told me there are numerous rumors going around the middle school that are not even remotely true. And sometimes parents do the best that they possibly can to teach their children the right things and they still go and do something stupid. My heart and prayers go to everyone involved a true tragedy.

Dan is going to be going away for a long time. It will not even matter if Anthony did pull out in front of him. Dan is toast. Speeding and drinking underage will be all that is looked at by a judge and jury. Hope his mommy and daddy can afford good lawyers to lessen the sentence. I’m guessing 15 years.

Wow! I find that comment callous. Mommy and daddy? Do you have any idea the pain they are going through right now? You can be the best parents in the world and your child can make a terrible choice. Yes, Dan will probably be sent away for a long time. Another tragedy to this story. It is very sad. One more point the kids wearing the .08 T shirts, maybe the principal should check how many were at that party drinking before the accident. He is kidding himself if he thinks his essay writing changed their behavior.
