It's a battle between the Dancing With The Stars (ABC) results show and the final performances on American Idol (FOX). Or should we say it's "C" celebrities competing against soon-to-be "C" celebrities. Both begin at 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday:

The battle of the Davids will be won when this year's American Idol is crowned. The festivities start at 8:00 p.m. on FOX. Remember, both of these sensitive singers have been known to faint!

If you prefer a quirkier and more adult hump day, note the Boston Legal 4th season finale airs at 10:00 p.m. on ABC.

Thursday:

It's goodbye for the summer for the greatest TV villain since the days of Dynasty. It's Wilhelmina Slater's last hurrah for the season when Ugly Betty wraps up another issue of MODE at 8:00 p.m. on ABC.

The Grey's Anatomy 2-hour season McFinale is here. There's sure to be plenty of brains, whining & hot doctor sex starting at 9:00 p.m. on ABC. We can't wait!
