Why We're Not Halle Berry

How is it celebs like Halle Berry are able to show off their post-baby bods mere weeks after giving birth? Could it be our workout routines are that different?

HalleBerryWorkout.jpgWe seen it all too often, post-pregnancy celeb moms traipsing down the red carpet looking svelte and toned. Meanwhile, we're still trying to zip up our pre-pregnancy jeans with a pair of pliers.

Here's the actual workout routine responsible for getting Halle Berry her bod back compared to the average mom's routine.

60 minutes, five days a week with trainer to the stars Ramona Brazaga.Delude ourselves that bending over picking up toys 7 days a week counts as exercise.
Each session includes three cardio segments, two circuit segments and one core segment.After the kids fall asleep, attempt sit-ups while watching American Idol--falling asleep on the floor.
Berry eats lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinks large quantities of water.
Try to cut back on calories, but in a moment of weakness eat entire giant carton of goldfish crackers in one sitting.
