With the anticipation of the long-awaited premiere of 'Sex and the City,' Moms everywhere are ditching their husbands and planning a night with the girls.

1) Carrie's Wedding White Cosmo

As a tribute to her nuptials, enjoy a special Wedding White Cosmo recipe for Carrie and all brides-to-be. You can enjoy the cocktail without fear of spilling red juice on your wedding gown.

Recipe
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 oz. white cranberry juice
splash of fresh lime juice
granulated sugar for the glass rim

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a Martini glass and dip rim in granulated sugar. Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the sugar-rimmed Martini glass.

2) The Bloody Miranda

Spicy and savvy, Miranda is a woman who tells it like it is. Inspired by her spirit and the fiery nature characteristic of many redheads, we've put a Sex and the City spin on the Bloody Mary cocktail.

Recipe

1 1/2 oz. vodka
4 oz. tomato juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
splash pepperoncini juice from the jar
celery salt for glass rim
pepperoncini for garnish

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a highball glass and dip rim in celery salt. Fill glass halfway with ice. Add ingredients into the glass and stir. Garnish with a pepperoncini.

3) Charlotte's Chocolatini
Perhaps the fairest character of all is sweet Charlotte. Always the optimist. What could be more perfect for her than the chocolate-laced cocktail?

Recipe
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Bailey's Irish cream
1 oz. creme de cacao
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
melted chocolate chips for glass rim

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Dip the rim of a Martini glass in the melted chocolate. Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the chocolate-rimmed Martini glass.

4) Samantha's Peach Stinger

Oh, how we love Samantha and her libidinous ways. To keep her breath kissing sweet, we've revamped the classic crème de menthe stinger into a peach schnapps blend.

Recipe
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
peach slice for garnish

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
