The Duggars Are Sex Machines

 

Amen to you Karen!! I have always gotten a sick and almost nauseated feeling whenever that show came on. I think it all crap and they are nothing but part of a cult. It’s a feeling I have, cant explain it but it;s not right and definitely not normal have that many kids and not healthy for a woman, physically or emotionally. Part of raising your children is teaching them to be respectful. And the mother needs to learn a lesson or two herself it seems….

Karen, usually I’d be skeptical of a post like yours, but I do believe you. I’ve also heard the Duggars go into other stores and demand discounts and free goods. Like I said, I would be skeptical but I’ve been reading up on the quiverfull movement, and reading blogs and websites by women who are very much like the Duggars. For the most part, these people are totally living off the largesse of others. Even those these women are adults and married, they are still being supported by their parents. Mom and dad help them buy a house. Mom and dad by them a new mini-van. These people get lots of hand-outs. One quiverfull mom bragged about her dentist not charging her for her kids dental care because she has so many of them. However, despite all that is bestowed on these families, they never pay it forward. They never discuss giving money to charity or doing volunteer work in their community. One woman even said she didn’t care about the growing gap between the haves and have nots. These women are mean, and I don’t mean “mean” like a mean martini. I came across one blog where they made fun of the women escaping Hurricane Katrina for the way they were dressed. Another blogger bragged of cyber-bullying another blogger for being a lesbian. Not only do these women lack empathy and compassion for others, they are also hugely arrogant and self-serving. Despite living very insular and solipsistic lives, they think they know everything about every issue, including politics and the business world. This is odd because many of them don’t vote (that’s a man’s job), and most of them have not spent a significant time in the workplace. Yet, the power of the magic uterus gives them knowlege that I could never have because I don’t have a truck load of issues. I guess keeping on top of various issues by reading and watching the news, and living a fully-engaged life counts for nothing.

Why Does it matter how these people have sex? I could care less, and what kind of person has the time to sit and ponder about there sex life? Who cares what they do in their life, they don’t ask you for anything.

I have one sister and two children was enough for both of my parents. I agree. I would hate to not be able to sleep well at home because of the constant noise and I like my privacy. You kind of miss out on having family time with the parents if mom and dad are too busy taking care of your younger siblings. I would resent my parents if I was forced to do parenting for them them when they are the ones who should be doing the job instead.

This woman’s uterus must be so worn out and ready to fall out after so much use and very little time to recover from each pregnancy. She has to be a higher risk pregnancy with each subsequent pregnancy with so many risk factors. Maternal age is a huge factor, the uterus is a muscle and is just overused and worn out, she could hemorrhage during or after delivery and require a life saving hysterectomy if she keeps going the way she is. Humans are not meant to have dozens of children, if they feel they can handle more children, why not adopt, there are plenty of deserving and needy children out there.

I’ve only seen the show a couple times. I think everyone can give an opinion about the duggars but its unfair if you talk crap and dont know them personally. There are plenty of poeple out there that have abortions or abandon their kids. The duggars seem to be doing a pretty good job, they look happier than the average american whos more worried about material things and fitting into society. Seriously think about it. They’re living life. We run around sinning and giving importance to things that have no meaning.

These people are insane! How are the Duggar parents going to give individual attention to each individual child?? That’s impossible! The older children are raising the younger ones as if they were their own children. Michelle just pops them out and the other children raise them. I definetly don’t think that is family is as “perfect” as it appears. I think they just want a lot of attention- because the children don’t get it from their parents. People this is 2008 we are living in! This is NOT normal! Yes children are a blessing but those children also deserve attention and should not be raising themselves! And what’s up with the “courtship?” Dating is a part of life! You are not giving parts of your heart away (as Josh puts it) but rather you are finding what you want in a husband or wife and NOT what Josh and Anna did. I DO NOT that is normal and 99% of America would agree! This is why the divorce rate is so high in America. Its because of ignorant people like Josh and Anna that think they are “pure” and are going to be married forever. Get real. Oh and another thing, they claim to be so religion oriented but on one of their episodes they go paint balling? Yea- shooting at people is VERY religious. These people are hypocrites! DUGGARS- some advice: Girls lose the lame look, get some pants and Michelle CUT YOUR UGLY HAIR!! This show should be cancelled or people should stop watching it! You can tell its fake. These children are going to lack any social skills, I truely feel bad for them! They should take Jon and Kate plus 8 as an example! Now there’s an inspirational family!

Something about this family really turns me off. They have been given so much by the American public…for what?? Being able to breed like rabbits? They can’t afford all those kids so the pimp them out to us so we say “Awww…they are so cute…let’s give them a house and 1 million diapers!” Please, they’ve done nothing special…they just happen to be overly fertile. And yeah…get a hair cut or at least take 2 seconds away from F-ing and brush it.

I just think people should keep the negative comments to themselves. Especially you KAREN. You may work at a grocery store that they go to but that doesnt give you the right (reguardless if the family really acts the way you say they do) to speak negative things about them. I dont see why everyone makes a big deal out of the fact that she has 17 kids and another on the way. So she wanted to have a big family leave her alone. My grandmother was 1 of 14 kids. And I am the oldest of 12. Unless you come from a big family you dont know anything. Kids are kids and boys are boys and the same with girls. Everyone is different and no one acts the same. Im sure you weren’t all that great growing up. And Im sure your rude and and act horible at times to. But your just one person and she has to deal with 17 kids at different ages. Besides anytime someone feels they have to post a negative comment about someone, they are the one who has some serious issues that they need to work out.

Tracy you and your brothers and sisters probably didn’t get enough attention at home. Having that many kids is sick. Jon and Kate plus 8 I totally understand because they only got pregnant twice and did not want to kill any of the 6. They wanted all of them. But popping children out left and right is sick.

I too believe a body can take so much…and looking at the photos on their own website….shows the older daughters taking care of the younger…esp one holding the baby in many photos and caring for it….seems like they do not have normal childhoods….they are caring for the other younger. They appear as a cult…same dress, same hair…but the body of mom has been really stressed…I fear for her as a nurse. And if they don’t have debt, it’s cause they make tapes and books and tv shows that help pay for all of this…that is not a real family but for show if you really think about it. The whole situation is a sad one.

Not exactly seeking the private life. This whole thing sickens me, breeding like rabbits so they can market themselves and pretending they are performing the work of God when they are mass breeders and mass marketers. Pathetic.

Could someone please tell what makes saddling your kids with raising babies what you irrisponsibily keep having, having everyone dressing exactly alike every day, and not being allowed to socialize with kids outside your own religious area, be considered normal? My Mom had a saying, “If you are little enough to lay down and get a baby, be big enough to stand up and take care of it”. Maybe these people need to take a look at that quote.

Duggars are ignorant morons and do not see all the consequences of their actions. These cult children have no chance in the real world when they are adults. They look like robots.I can’t imagine the resources this family blows through or the environmental havoc they can create.What if every family followed the Duggars beliefs? The world would come crashing down in 2 generations.

The Duggars are not sex manics! They are a Christian family with good values. How many Americian families can you find that have a well run home like there’s? Respectable children? And Debt free? Not many! I respect them! But I do wonder why thye have not adopted children with no homes instead od having this many. Why do you care about the Duggars family as your taxes are not paying for their life? They are not on welfare, do not go to food banks, not on Medicaid etc. You go Duggars. Josh & Anna take after your parents and be proud…How many 21 yo’s in America have their own business and home and probably paid for by himself not his parents. I bet Josh owes no one either! I bet they are debt free.

The Duggars made their money before they were on tv. They have bought several rental properties and have a used car lot and rent space to three cell phone companies on a tower (very lucrative). They bought the land for their house and the kits for the structure BEFORE the tv show. Jim-Bob was in state government for a few years and I am sure he makes money as a preacher. The Gosselins, on the other hand had two children and Jon didn’t have a job! They lived off of welfare and the birth of the six cost the state of PA over two million dollars. They had a nurse for two years paid for by Medicaid and their medical expenses were also born by Medicaid. Jon is lazy. He dropped out of college because studying interfered with his golf and skiing. You don’t see any of the other mothers on shows with multiples pampering themselves with spa treatments or taking their girls for pedicures. The G’s are vain and greedy. They did nothing for themselves except to decide that six children would bring them more money than a reduction. I wouldn’t be surprised if the G’s don’t make another trip to the fertility center as the competition for reality shows is ramping up. Just think how much they could make with another high multiple birth? I think the Duggars are very motivated and resourceful. They aren’t all dressed alike from free clothes from the Gap or Gymboree. They are dressed from thrift shows and are ten times more individualistic than the whining, screaming, hitting G’s.

Lynn, I agree with you. No one here except you have their facts straight about the Duggars. At least someone knows what they’re talking about. Thanks for your response. Jon & Kate are frauds with a capital F. If you don’t like the Duggars then don’t watch them! See how simple that is?
