Prayers for Madonna's marriage?: As rumors of a split between Madonna and Guy Ritchie persist, the Material Girl and kids were spotted at Manhattan's Kabbalah Centre Friday night for Sabbath, and they returned to to pray again on Saturday. People reports Guy Ritchie also was seen at a Kabbalah meeting on Saturday in London. No word yet on whether the divorce rumors are true. If they are, maybe Guy was at the Kabbalah Centre thanking God he doesn't have a pre-nup.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith open school: The super couple are opening the New Village Academy in Calabasas, Calif. this September. In Touch reports the private school will employ some teachers who are scientologists and that some of the teaching methods will be based on the religion. We wonder, will Tom Cruise be the school mascot? 

Britney Spears' sons sleep over: Britney spent Saturday night at her L.A. home with almost 3-year-old Sean Preston and 1 1/2 -year-old Jayden James. Us magazine says Britney was granted overnight privileges at a hearing last week, and this was the first overnight visit since she was hospitalized in January. Her ex, Kevin Federline, is seeking sole custody of the children. The custody trial is set to begin August 25. Oh, to be a fly on the wall at that slumber party.

Giada De Laurentiis is back to work on Today: The Today show's 37-year-old culinary contributor returns to work this week after giving birth to her first child, Jade Marie (3 months old). Giada admits she was hesitant about returning so soon and says, "I thought I would be so excited to get back to work, but I feel bad that I'm leaving her." We're right there with you...
