Pacific Cycle Inc. is recalling 15,000 Playsafe Spinning Quad Merry-Go-Rounds sold at Toys R Us nationwide. The inner bearing on the merry-go-round can fail, causing the seat to drop which poses a fall hazard for young children. For more information, click here.
