We asked fitness guru Kathy Kaehler--whose clients include Julia Roberts and Kim Basinger--to create quick, and effective workouts for busy moms. And with exercises that take only a couple of minutes out of your day, it's hard to find excuses not to do them.

Today, Kathy demonstrates how to firm and tighten your glutes, hamstrings and quads with with a simple deck of cards and only a couple of minutes. If you have any concerns about the junk in your trunk then you won't want to miss this!

In Part 1 of our week-long series, Kathy's shows us how to keep those upper arms from flapping in the breeze (don't pretend you don't know what we mean). Using an inexpensive exercise band, Kathy demonstrated a quick and easy way to tighten and tone your biceps and triceps.

Can you really see results with exercising only a couple minutes a day? I really want to believe it’s true, but not sure i buy it. Has anyone ever tried?
