Kathy, I am a mother of 4 and am all too familiar with the aches and pains of my lower body as well as arms from carrying the stroller up and down the subway stairs on a daily basis. That is truly a work out within its self!

While I will be performing all the exercises you mentioned, I will be paying close attention to the routine for day 4. I am a very slim woman, with baby fat from my last child left around my belly. I am so desperate to loose this unattractive and humiliating fat around my belly.
