Sick of seeing your post-baby belly hanging over your waistband -- who isn't? Our celebrity trainer can help.

We asked fitness guru Kathy Kaehler -- whose clients include Julia Roberts, Cindy Crawford and Kim Basinger -- to create quick, but effective workouts for busy moms desperate to banish their post-baby bellies. For this exercise all you need is a deck of cards and the desire for tighter abs.

Day 1: Kathy shows us how to keep those upper arms from flapping in the breeze (don't pretend you don't know what we mean). 

Day 2: Kathy demonstrates how to firm and tighten your glutes, hamstrings, and quads with with a simple deck of cards and two minutes of time. If you have any concerns about the junk in your trunk then you won't want to miss this!

Day 3: Kathy demonstrates how to strengthen your shoulders, upper body and core. Strong core muscles make it easier to do most physical activities -- from getting a glass off a top shelf to bending down to tying your little ones' shoes.
