Kid Review: 'Kung Fu Panda'

A review of Kung Fu Panda by 7-year-old Holden.
I went to a screening of Kung Fu Panda this week with my best friend in first grade. I was very excited to see the movie because I've been seeing commercials and billboards for it. I even begged my mom for Kung Fu Panda toys at McDonald's, but she won't let me eat there.
Anyway, the movie was so cool. It was about an overweight panda named Po. His dad wants him to run the noodle shop, but he wants to be a kung fu fighter. He wants to train under the best kung fu master in the world with his heroes, the Furious Five. Po is voiced by Jack Black. I've loved Jack Black ever since I saw School of Rock. He is so funny. I like it when he says "IT'S ON!" in the movie. My favorite thing about Kung Fu Panda was the fight scenes. When someone takes food from Po, watch out! He turns into a fighting machine. There was even a battle with chopsticks that was really amazing. I take karate and kung fu lessons after school, too.
Mom said this movie was made by the same people who made Shrek and Madagascar. I liked this movie even better than those (even though I've seen those about 20 times each). In the end of the movie, Po has to fight the bad guy named Tai Lung. I won't tell you how the movie ends, but it was awesome. My friend's mom says this movie is good for kids and moms, too. She said even if she didn't have kids, she would go see it. So that helped me convince my mom agree to see it with me again this weekend. I can't wait!

LOVE this kid review. Great job, Holden!
Love this review. He sounds so excited. Having kids of my own, I can just picture how expressive he must have been while giving this review. Maybe a little McDonald’s french fries isn’t too bad for a Kung Fu Panda toy……he can always ask his uncle or aunt to take him.
Nice job Holden!
Hey there, excellent post, a colleague in the fashion market linked me to your website. I’m a Senior Lecturer inside Cultural Studies department at Central Saint Martins in which I’m also earning a living on a project for that market. I’ve gained a couple very good ideas for my site from reading this.
It is truely very good post, but I do not see everything completely clear, especially for someone not involved in that topic. Anyway very interesting to me.
I feel it is a point of view. I often meet people who rather say what they suppose others want to hear. Good and well written! I will come back to your site for sure!
Nice and very interesting post. Your point of view is more or less the same as main. Thanks!
Thanks very much for your interesting text. I have been searching for such information for a really long time. Not everything is fully easy to understand to me, even though it is definitely interesting and worth reading.

Valuable information. Lucky me I found your site by accident, and I am shocked why this accident didn’t happened earlier! I bookmarked it.
Wonderful goods from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff previous to and you’re just too great. I actually like what you’ve acquired here, certainly like what you’re stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care of to keep it sensible. I can’t wait to read much more from you. This is actually a tremendous website.

Holden, after a review like that, I can’t wait to see the movie. Are you sure you’re only in first grade? That was great writing for someone your age. Isn’t it fun to see a movie that you want to watch over and over? Anyway, thank you for letting us know that it’s a great movie. I’ll look forward to more great reviews from you!
